Michael established Mercury Communications, as a corporate video production company in the mid 80s. Ten years later, under the trading name Global Vision Networks, Mercury became Asia’s leading provider of technology based events focusing on live event delivery via Satelite. The company grew to establish offices in Sydney and Beijing, with representation in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Delhi as well as in London, Washington, New York and Los Angles. Michael’s success can be largely attributed to the knowledge and contacts that he has made in this time; understanding the various cultures, regulatory environments and forming relationships with influential business and government figures.
With qualifications in Marketing and Management in the Travel & Tourism industry, Aeron has traveled the world delivering first class conferences and travel incentive programs. She has been a valuable member of the Synergy team for 14 years specialising in client liaison, event operations and on site delivery.
Jet has many years experience managing conference groups and logistics. She is the master when it comes to online solutions. She works with clients to develop engaging and innovative communications for guests and exhibitors to get the best results for the conference or occasion, plus streamlines the online guest travel and registration processes through our event portal platform solutions.

With more than three decades of experience in the events industry, Colin produces inspirational solutions to achieve objectives within the allocated budget. He combines an incredible amount of experience and loads of innovation with good, old fashioned service. Regardless of the event size, Colin focuses on the technical details while working in collaboration with the greater team.
